Free rebate recovery audit: find the money your schemes are leaking
Trade schemes leak quietly — calculation errors, unclaimed accruals, under-settled credit notes. We review up to 12 months of your scheme and claims data, estimate what's recoverable, and walk you through the findings. Free, and yours to keep.
Use the demo form and mention the free audit — we'll take it from there.
What you get
A 12-month data review
We review up to 12 months of your scheme and claims data — scheme terms, claims, settlements and credit notes — looking for the gaps where revenue leakage hides.
A recoverable-leakage estimate
An estimate of what your programme has leaked and what looks recoverable — the numbers a CFO needs, framed the way claims and deductions management for CFOs lays out.
A 60-minute findings call
A roughly 60-minute walkthrough of what we found, with concrete recommendations — whether or not you ever use ClaimDS. Our ROI framework shows the kind of math we apply.
Who it's for
Indian manufacturers, brands and super-stockists running distributor and dealer schemes — volume slabs, secondary schemes, damage and expiry, price protection — where settlement happens by GST credit note. If your schemes live in spreadsheets, or your rebate management process has grown faster than the controls around it, the audit is built for you. Tracking incentives is the other half of the problem — see channel partner incentive tracking.
How it works
Share your data securely
We agree the exact list first, then you share scheme terms, claims and settlement records for up to 12 months — spreadsheets are fine.
We analyse it
We reconcile schemes against claims and settlements, looking for calculation gaps, unclaimed accruals and under-settled credit notes.
Findings call
A roughly 60-minute call walking through what we found and the estimate of recoverable leakage, with your questions answered live.
Recommendations
You leave with concrete recommendations you can act on — with us or without us. There is no obligation attached to the audit.
Your data stays yours
The scheme and sales data you share is used only to run your audit — nothing else. We do not share it, we do not use it for marketing, and we delete it on request. We handle personal data consistent with India's DPDP Act 2023; the details are in our privacy policy.
Frequently asked questions
What exactly does the free audit cover?
Three things: a review of up to 12 months of your scheme and claims data, an estimate of recoverable leakage, and a roughly 60-minute findings call with recommendations. That is the full scope — nothing is installed and nothing changes in your systems.
How much of my time does it take?
Mainly the time to share the data exports and the findings call itself (about 60 minutes). The analysis happens on our side; we may come back with a few clarifying questions along the way.
Is it really obligation-free?
Yes. The audit is free and carries no obligation to buy anything. You keep the findings and recommendations either way. Slots are limited each month, so audits are scheduled in the order requests come in.
What data do I need to share?
Typically your scheme or circular terms, claim and settlement records, and the related credit-note data for up to 12 months — in whatever format you have them, spreadsheets included. We confirm the exact list with you before you send anything.
How is my data kept confidential?
The data you share is used only to run your audit — never for anything else — and is deleted on request. We handle it consistent with India’s DPDP Act; the privacy policy explains our practices in full. Read the privacy policy.
