Accept an invite and verify your email
Joining a ClaimDS workspace someone invited you to — accept the invite from the email link, verify your address, and sign in with the role you've been given.
If a colleague set up ClaimDS for your company, you don't sign up separately — you accept their invite and join their workspace. Getting this right (the link, the verification, the matching email) is the difference between landing in the right place and a confusing "I can't get in."
Join, don't duplicate
The key idea: an invite joins your account to an existing workspace with a role the admin chose. It's not a new account or a second company. Signing in afterwards with the same invited email is what ties it all together.
Accept and sign in
Follow the numbered steps below. If you hit a wall, the usual causes are covered in email or workspace already in use and fixing access errors.
Step-by-step
Find the invite email
When an admin invites you, ClaimDS sends an invite to your work email. Open it and use the link inside to accept. If it's not in your inbox, check spam.
Accept from the link
Follow the invite link to accept. It joins your account to that workspace with the role the admin assigned — you don't create a new workspace, you join theirs.
Verify your email if asked
If your address needs verifying, use the verification link to confirm it. A verified email is where your account messages go, so it's worth doing right away.
Sign in with the same address
Sign in using the exact email the invite was sent to. Using a different address is the most common reason an accepted invite seems not to work.
Confirm what you can see
Once in, what you can access reflects the role you were given. If something you expected is missing, it's a role matter for an admin of that workspace, not a fault.
Frequently asked
I accepted the invite but can't see anything.
Make sure you signed in with the same email the invite was sent to, and that you accepted from the link. If access still looks wrong, ask the admin to confirm your assigned role.
The invite or verification link expired.
These links are time-limited. Ask the admin to send a fresh invite, or request a new verification message, and use the latest one.
