Manage your profile
Update your personal ClaimDS profile — your name, email and preferences — which is separate from your workspace's company and security settings.
Your profile is your personal corner of ClaimDS — your name, your email, your preferences — separate from anything that affects the whole workspace. Keeping it current is small but worth it: it's how teammates recognise you and where your account messages land.
Personal, not workspace-wide
It's easy to confuse the two. Your profile is just yours. The company profile and security settings under Settings are workspace-wide and admin-managed. Changing your profile never affects a teammate.
Update it
Follow the numbered steps below. For the workspace-wide equivalents, see configure your company profile and manage security settings.
Step-by-step
Open your profile
Open your profile from your account. This is your personal account — your name, email and preferences — as distinct from the workspace-wide company and security settings.
Update your name and email
Keep your name and email current. Your name is how teammates see you across the workspace; your email is where account and invite messages go, so an out-of-date one causes missed notifications.
Set your preferences
Adjust your personal preferences to suit how you work. These are yours and don't change anything for your teammates.
Save
Save your changes. Your profile updates immediately wherever your name and details appear.
Frequently asked
Is my profile the same as the company settings?
No. Your profile is personal (your name, email, preferences). The company profile and security settings are workspace-wide and managed under Settings. See Configure your company profile for those.
I changed my email but didn't get messages.
A new email may need verifying. Check for a verification message and confirm it, and make sure you're using that address to sign in.
