Frequently asked
How long does it take to set up ClaimDS?
Basic setup is usually about a day. Most teams reach their first end-to-end settlement within a week, once partners are imported and the first agreement is configured.
Do my distributors and dealers need their own logins?
Partners can submit through a portal while your finance team reviews and approves centrally. You control how much access each role gets, so partners only see what they should.
Can ClaimDS handle GST credit-note reconciliation?
Yes. A settled claim becomes a GST credit note with the required particulars, and ClaimDS reconciles claims to credit notes per principal and period so the figures tie out before you settle.
How does ClaimDS calculate a settlement?
ClaimDS computes settlements from reconciled claims and posted accruals — you review and approve a calculated figure rather than entering one. Every amount traces back to its source records and to the audit trail.
What do the AI / Smart features do?
The Smart features compute every number from your own data using ordinary queries and statistics; the AI only explains the result in plain language. It never invents figures and never computes money on its own.
Which industries does ClaimDS support?
FMCG, pharma, automotive, consumer electronics, electricals, building materials, paints, tyres, lubricants and agrochemicals, among other distributor-led sectors.
Can a settlement be undone if it was wrong?
Yes. A settlement in a reversible state is reversed — ClaimDS books the reversal rather than deleting it, so the audit trail of what you paid and unwound stays complete.
Is my data isolated from other companies?
Each workspace is a separate tenant. Access is role-based and scoped per workspace, and the same account can hold different roles across the workspaces it belongs to.
