Manage billing and your plan
View your ClaimDS plan and usage, and upgrade when you need more — including unlocking the subscription-gated Smart insights tier.
Billing is where your plan, your usage and what you can access all meet. It's also the gate for the Smart insights tier — so if a feature you expected isn't showing up, this is usually where the answer is.
Plan, usage, access
Three things live here: the plan you're on, your usage against it, and the upgrade path. Because some features (notably Smart insights) are gated to a paid plan, billing is where you confirm and change what your workspace can do.
Manage it
Follow the numbered steps below. If a teammate can't reach billing, that's expected — it's limited to senior roles; see fixing access errors.
Step-by-step
Open Settings → Billing
Go to Settings and choose Billing. This is where your plan, your usage and your upgrade options live.
Review your current plan and usage
Check which plan you're on and how your usage sits against it. This tells you whether you have headroom or are approaching a limit.
See what each plan includes
Compare what's included at each level. Some capabilities — notably the Smart insights tier — are gated to a paid plan, so this is where you confirm what you have access to.
Upgrade when you need more
Upgrade your plan when you need more capacity or a gated feature. The change takes effect for your workspace once confirmed.
Keep an eye on usage over time
Check back periodically so a growing workload doesn't quietly run into a limit. Billing is the one place that ties plan, usage and access together.
Frequently asked
Why can't I see the Smart features?
The Smart insights tools are subscription-gated. If they're not visible, your current plan doesn't include them — review and upgrade your plan here under Settings → Billing.
Who can change the plan?
Billing is a privileged area, so plan changes are limited to the senior roles. If you can't see or change it, ask a workspace owner or admin.
